Färsk Saltlakrits - Fresh Salt liquorice from Swedish artisan liquorice producer Haupt Lakrits.

Slow-cooked in oatmeal and seasoned with salmiak. This soft and slightly grainy salty liquorice has an intense and caramel-like consistency and a hint of oats.

Great liquorice that is vegan, gluten-free and free of palm oil.

About Haupt Lakrits

Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice is known for producing liquorice that contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.
