About Lakritsfabriken

Lakritsfabriken (The Liquorice Factory) launched Sweden's first premium black liquorice at the Liquorice Festival in Stockholm in 2011 by Martin Jörgensen.

Ingredients

Liquorice 80%: syrup, rice flour, sugar, 6% liquorice powder, 3.5% salmiak (Ammonium Chloride), humectant (Sorbitol), salt, anise oil, glazing agents (Carnauba wax, coconut oil).

Dark chocolate 20% (62% cocoa): cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA LECITHIN), vanilla, sea salt, chilli fruit.
May contain traces of ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, PEANUTS, MILK and EGG PROTEIN.
