Ultra Violet, introduced as a limited edition in spring 2022 but so popular that it has been added to Haupt Lakrits permanent range (The last time this happened was in 2020 with F*cking Fabulous).

Ultra Violet is salt liquorice surrounded by white chocolate that has been flavoured with crystallized violet flowers and fennel seeds (The fennel seed being an important addition as it provides extra depth to the violet taste). The white chocolate has then finally been rolled in a "violet sugar" flavoured with salmiak.

About Haupt Lakrits

Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice are known for producing liquorice contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.

65% white chocolate (Sugar, cocoa butter, MILK POWDER, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla aroma), syrup, WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw liquorice (Calabria), salmiak (Ammonium Chloride), salt, star anise, surface treatment agent (carnauba wax), violet aroma, 3% dried violet flowers, 2% crystallized violet flowers, fennel seeds, E422 glycerol (Rapeseed), dye (Turmeric, carrot, beetroot, spirulina extract). Cocoa content, at least 27%.
