Kärlek (‘Love’) is a new limited edition for spring 2026. It is slow-cooked salted liquorice wrapped in white chocolate, flavoured with strawberries, vanilla and roses.

About Haupt Lakrits

Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice are known for producing liquorice contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.

Ingredients

70% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK POWDER, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla flavour), syrup, WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw liquorice (Calabria), ammonium chloride (salmiak), salt, star anise, glazing agent (carnauba wax), 5% freeze-dried strawberries, colouring (turmeric, carrot, beetroot), dried rose petals, rose essence. Cocoa content, minimum 27%.
