A salt liquorice core has been wrapped with dulce de leche chocolate, caramelized rosemary and fleur de sel de Guérande sea salt.

About Haupt Lakrits

Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice are known for producing liquorice contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.

65% white chocolate with caramel (cocoa butter, sugar, WHOLE MILK POWDER, MILK SUGAR, whey POWDER (MILK), SKIMMED MILK POWDER, caramelized sugar (2%), emulsifier (SOY LECITHIN), natural vanilla flavour, salt), syrup, WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw liquorice (Calabria), ammonium chloride, salt, star anise, glazing agent (carnauba wax), rosemary, sea salt (fleur de sel de Guérande), colour (turmeric, spirulina extract). Cocoa content, minimum 30.4%.
