Slow cooked salt liquorice, Belgian milk chocolate and 'Espelette' chili pepper from the French part of the Basque Country (French: 'Piment d'Espelette').

This product from Haupt Lakrits gives you a lovely liquorice and chocolate flavour with a mild and tasty chili heat that sneaks up behind them, complimenting rather than overtaking the flavours.

About Haupt Lakrits

Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice are known for producing liquorice contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.

65% Belgian milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK POWDER, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla flavour), syrup, WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw liquorice (Calabria), 2% chili pepper 'Espelette' (Piment d'Espelette), salmiak, sea salt, star anise, surface treatment agent (carnauba wax). Cocoa content: at least 33.6%
