Bagsværd Lakrids Guld Symfoni (Gold Symphony) is Bagsværds handmade and award winning 'classic' salted liquorice caramel enrobed in caramelised white chocolate.

The multiple award winning handmade caramel contains sea salt, salmiak and a high quantity of raw liquorice. The caramel has a very rich and deep liquorice taste with the sweetness from the liquorice and caramel contrasting with the salmiak & salt within it.

125g box containing 12 pieces.

About Bagsværd Lakrids

Producers of the world’s best handmade liquorice caramels. They were GOLD winners at the Danish Liquorice Taste Award in 2020 (Previous winners include Lakrids by Bulow), Bronze in 2019 and Silver in 2018. All products contain a minimum of 5% raw liquorice.

Bagsværd Lakrids was founded in 2015 by fellow liquorice fans (& chemical engineers Søren Beier & Morten Kornbech) with Chef Rasmus Hansen in the town of Bagsværd, Denmark. They quickly gained a reputation for the quality of the handmade liquorice caramels they produce and are now widely recognised as the worlds finest.

Chocolate (Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY LECITHIN), natural vanilla aroma), sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened/sweetened condensed MILK, fully hardened palm kernel oil, powdered raw liquorice, emulsifier (Mono- and diglycerides), salmiak (Ammonium chloride), sea salt, colour (Vegetable charcoal). May contain traces of NUTS
