Amarelli Sassolini are small sugar-coated, liquorice sweets with a hint of vanilla and anise flavours. Sassolini is Italian for “little stones.” and each piece is coloured to resemble the hues of the beaches of Calabria, Italy.

About Amarelli Liquorice

In 1731, the Italian, Giorgio Amarelli discovered a way to process the juice from the liquorice root and make sweets. Ever since then, the family firm has been producing high-quality liquorice with the world’s best liquorice root which is found in Calabria.
