About Haupt Lakrits

Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice are known for producing liquorice contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.

60% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK POWDER, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla flavour), Syrup, corn flour, sugar, water, invert sugar syrup, flavouring (salmiak, yuzu), liquorice, 5% freeze-dried passion fruit, humectant (E420/sorbitol), salt, colour (turmeric, carrot, beetroot), glazing agent (coconut oil, E903/carnauba wax). Cocoa content: minimum 27%
